As comfortable covering breaking news as I am a feature, I'm a valuable reporter and MSJ in the field, always looking for natural sound or sequences to make my stories stand out.
multimedia journalist / anchor
I discovered journalism in 8th grade as a way to channel my insatiable curiosity. My parents had been subjected to my endless queries for years, but the floodgates opened once I realized I could ask questions and tell stories as a career.
When I’m not in the newsroom, there’s a good chance you’ll find me trying out a local restaurant, taking in a concert
or sipping a hoppy IPA. I’m also a runner, having completed two marathons, several half-marathons and the epic Hood to Coast Relay.
As a fearless and aggressive investigator, I seek to hold accountable those in power and solve problems for our viewers.

I’m engaging, enthusiastic, personable anchor who connects with viewers on air, online and in person.
