I’m a creative and efficient producer
who lives for breaking news and thrives under pressure.
I’m a fearless, fact-digging MSJ, always looking for natural sound or sequences
to make my stories stand out from the pack.
I discovered journalism in 8th grade as a way to channel my insatiable curiosity. My parents had been subjected to my endless queries for years, but the floodgates opened once I realized I could ask questions and tell stories as a career.
When I’m not in the newsroom, there’s a good chance you’ll find me gorging at a local restaurant, taking in an indie rock concert
or sipping on a hoppy IPA. I’m also a runner, having completed two marathons, several half-marathons and the epic Hood to Coast Relay.
